Washing Your hands After Using the Toilet

I was on some forum years ago, and there was this one post where some guy said this: "I don't wash my hands after I use a public restroom. It cracks me up every time I go into a public restroom and I see all these guys washing their hands. It's just my dick that my hands are on. I know where my dick has been all day."

To which I responded:

1) EEW. What the fuck is wrong with you, man? If you know where your dick's been all day, then you should know it's been in a dark, moist, steamy pocket all fucking day, stewing in itself. Fucking wash your hands, asshole.

2) What the fuck country do you live in where "all these guys" are constantly washing their hands after using the toilet? Every time I go in a public restroom, 4 out of 5 guys don't wash their hands. Do you live in a quarantined area, or perhaps just outside of a quarantined area?
